Homeward 2020 is a metric-driven, 10-year initiative to make homelessness in Fort Collins rare, short-lived and nonrecurring by the year 2020. This initiative of the Community Foundation will bring together local nonprofit agencies, government entities, and businesses, and examine the best practices of homelessness abolishment across the country.
