The Bohemian Foundation, the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado and United Way of Larimer County are pleased to offer the Give 10 Initiative – a collaboration designed to inspire increased giving in Larimer County. After reviewing the details below, simply enroll in the Give 10 Initiative to place your name on the guest list for the 2008 Give 10 Grand Gala.

The Give 10 Initiative:
Philanthropy to the Power of 10 

Donors who contribute $10,000 or more to Larimer County 501(c)3 organizations during a calendar year will be recognized and celebrated for their dedication to building stronger communities. Whether donors choose to give to one organization or several, their total contributions to Larimer County charities need only meet or surpass the $10,000 mark each year to receive an invitation to the Give 10 Grand Gala.

The Give 10 Grand Gala

The Bohemian Foundation will host the Give 10 Grand Gala annually to celebrate philanthropic champions in Larimer County. The Give 10 Grand Gala is the signature philanthropy celebration of the year. The next Give 10 Grand Gala is scheduled for Spring 2009, and your enrollment form must be submitted by January 9, 2009. After giving information is submitted and reviewed, enrolled donors will receive a save-the-date announcement in the mail (Winter 2008). The official invitation to this premier celebration will be mailed later, as the event date approaches.

Important Notes

• Gifts of cash, stock, real estate and personal property made to  Larimer County charities by individual donors or private family foundations between January 1 and December 31, 2008 are eligible donations. 
• While gifts of all kinds are encouraged and valued, the following donations are not eligible for recognition as part of the Give 10 Initiative: ticket and auction-item purchases; contributions of goods or services (i.e., in-kind gifts); corporate donations; event-related sponsorships; contributions to tuition-based private schools, political campaigns, private foundations, churches, or houses of worship. NOTE: Gifts to faith-based 501(c)3 organizations are eligible.
• A donor should submit only one Give 10 Initiative enrollment form each year. Once you have contributed at least $10,000 or more to Larimer County nonprofit agencies, return to this page and submit your giving information using the form below.
• A donor's contributions to Larimer County charities need only meet or surpass the $10,000 mark to receive an invitation to the Give 10 Gala. There is no need to record donations past the $10,000 level.
